Perhaps your simple pleasure is taking a bubble bath, watching a movie or taking time for a walk. Or maybe for you it’s having a candlelit meal with your loved one, gardening or carving out time for your favorite hobby.
When you give yourself plenty of rest and time to sleep, you make better choices.
You have more energy for the things you want to do and that makes you a master of your own destiny.
