partner can give you some good advice since they see you/ your progress just as
you can see theirs. This is great because they may notice things that need
attention and they may feel more comfortable pointing it to you as opposed to

this setting and so feelings can be less hurt this way, while it’s looked at as

We can

encouraging you.

lifelong weight loss partner is a great thing to have.
